The stresses of everyday life seem to be increasing year-by-year. This can impact on anyone at any time but often employees are reluctant to discuss this with their colleagues or in-house services. Our support varies depending on the sector and the specific needs. A Chaplain has a relationship-building role to provide support as needed, to create opportunity for more in-depth conversation if required and to communicate to staff that being listened to as an individual matters. Supporting leadership in creating a positive environment, they are also there when challenging situations arise.
Our Listeners will visit on a pre-arranged basis, or can provide focused appointments at our City Centre offices to talk through something in depth. Our Trainers can provide staff training in listening and other related subjects to support an organisation’s staff well-being programme, and to enhance services to customers and clients.
