Support to Specialist Charities

Several charities have contacted us about providing our services to their service users. They receive specialised care from the charity staff, but may have a gap in providing listening support for the users’ day to day concerns. Current examples include homeless guests and a women-only programme and we will always explore what works best for the charity in complementing the services they already provide.

Being able to speak to someone quickly when I hit crisis was crucial, not needing to wait weeks, months or even years made a huge difference in being able to get back on track fairly quickly.
